  How do I find the Headout Host?  

 Your Host will be outside the theatre in the location described above wearing a Headout uniform.

  Why are the tickets I purchased not in my name?  

 Tickets will sometimes carry the name of our company account. All tickets are purchased directly with the theatre and authorised channels. All ticket purchased from Headout are guaranteed 100% authentic.

  What happens if I lose my booking confirmation email?  

 Not a problem. All you need to collect your tickets is a valid photo ID. However, if you’d still like another copy of your reservation email, you can always call or email our support team and we’ll send it to you right away.

  What if someone else is picking up the tickets?  

 You can change the pickup name by contacting our support team. Call them at 347-897-0100 to make this change.

  When can I pick up my tickets?  

 Headout Hosts will be handing out tickets from 30 minutes before the start of the show up until the show start time.

  What if I’m late for the show?  

 Headout Hosts will wait up to 5 minutes past the show’s start time. After 5 minutes, please contact us and we’ll make our best efforts to accommodate you. Please note that admission policy varies for each show and some shows do not seat late patrons

  so do your best to be on time.

  What happens if I can’t make the show?  

 Most shows do not offer refunds for no-shows or cancellations. If you can’t make it to the show, your ticket will be forfeited.

  Why are my seats not in the section I booked for?  

 It only happens when we upgrade your reservation to a section which is closer/center to the stage if we find better seats available at the same price.
