Where was the original London Dungeon?

From 1974 to 2013, the London Dungeon was located in London’s Tooley Street. In 2013, the attraction moved to County Hall, South Bank.

London Dungeon - is there an age limit?

There is no age restriction to visit the London Dungeon. However, the suggested minimum age is twelve, as the experience is set in a dark environment. There are also loud noises and themes that some children may find scary.

Is there London Dungeon wheelchair access?

The London Dungeon has two flights of interior stairs, which are fully accessible to guests using wheelchairs. The attraction admits one wheelchair user per hour. The Dungeon tour experience takes approximately ninety minutes, throughout the majority of which guests will be standing, making it inadvisable for those with mobility impairments. Seating is provided for some shows but cannot be guaranteed for all visitors. Carer tickets booked on the day are subject to availability.

How long are London Dungeon queue times?

Due to London Dungeon visitor numbers, range on average between ten to forty-five minutes. The time stated on pre-booked tickets is the time visitors may join the queue.
