Buses depart every 15-20 minutes.
1st November – 22nd March: Service starts at Waterloo Road Terminal opposite the Hampton by Hilton Hotel, Waterloo Road at 9:00 AM. The last departure is at 4:30 PM.
22nd March – 31st October: Service starts at Waterloo Road Terminal opposite the Hampton by Hilton Hotel, Waterloo Road at 9:00 AM. The last departure is at 6:00 PM.

The Royal Walking Tour: Daily from 10:00 AM – 12 noon.

The starting point for both walking tours is at GTVC – Leicester Square – 11a Charing Cross Road, London WC2H 0EP. The nearest tube station is Leicester Square.
Getting your tickets
You will receive your tickets via email shortly after booking. Please display it on your mobile device along with valid photo ID when boarding the bus, joining the walking tour, and at the entrance of the London Dungeon.
Speak with the entrance staff if you wish to borrow a wheelchair at the London Dungeon. Please note that there are certain restrictions applicable to some rides.
