  The experience takes place every day at 10:00 AM, 11:00 AM, 12:00 PM, 1:30 PM, 2:30 PM, 3:30 PM, 5:00 PM, 6:00 PM, and 7:00 PM.

  Please arrive 20 minutes prior to departure to attend a safety briefing. If you do not arrive with enough time for the briefing, you may miss your experience.

  The easiest way to reach Westminster Pier is by London Underground. Take the Circle, District, or Jubilee line to Westminster Station.

• Getting your tickets

  You will receive your tickets via email shortly after booking. Please present a printed copy at the pier.

• Additional Information

  Dress Code: Temperatures on the river are often cooler than on the shore, so please dress appropriately. High heels or other footwear that could damage the boat are not permitted.

  Accessibility: Unfortunately, the speedboat is not adapted for wheelchairs.

  Restrictions: Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. The minimum height requirement for this experience is 1.35 meters (4 ft. 5 in.). Thamesjet is not recommended for pregnant women or people who suffer from back or neck problems, epilepsy, dizziness, diabetes, angina or heart conditions.
