The Lion King – a Story of Good and Evil

When the lion prince Simba is born, his uncle Scar realises that he has just fallen another step short in becoming the king of Serengeti and ruling it as he deems fit. In a desperate attempt to acquire the throne, Scar decides to kill the young prince and his father, King Mufasa. Scar succeeds in taking the life of his brother but fails to kill Simba. Although he pulls through the treacherous plot, Simba is convinced that the responsibility of his father’s death lies upon him. Ashamed and shattered, Simba runs away, leaving the kingdom and its responsibilities behind. With an already unstable mind deteriorating further, the kingdom faces dark days in Scar’s rule.

During his struggle to survive in the new land, the prince happens to meet a social outcast duo – Timon and Pumbaa.
