    You will receive an email with your London Royal Palace Pass shortly after booking. Please take a print of the pass or download it to your mobile device and display your voucher at the redemption point mentioned in the booking confirmation email.

    Exchange your voucher at the groups and pre-paid tickets desk at either the Tower of London, Hampton Court Palace, or Kensington Palace.

    Please note, you cannot exchange your voucher for your pass at Banqueting House.
